Try the internet. Pay for search engines to include you in listings, preferablly Google.
Make your business information available in phone books/newspapers (Dex, Yellow Pages, LA Times, ect.).
Make business cards and post them at places where there are bulliten boards for businesses. (Walmart, restaurants, ect.)
And if you’re desperate, make magnets and put them on the pumps at gas stations. It works well.
